How do I book the studio? 

Please email info@studiocasso to arrange recce’s and bookings. A member of staff will get back to you within 12 hours. For urgent enquiries please DM us on our Instagram (@studio_casso)

What are your opening hours? 

We are open 7 days a week, 9-5. If you wish to hire outside of these hours please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. 

What is included in the hire fee? 

Location and props only

Do you offer hourly rental? 

Hourly rental is available with a minimum 4 hour/half day booking. 

Where can I find an up to date prop list? 

Please check our website ‘BOOK NOW” page for up-to-date imagery of our current studio setup including all available props

Do you supply lighting or camera equipment? 

We currently do not supply any lighting or camera equipment

Do you provide a backdrop and backdrop stands? 

We provide a small T-bar stand suitable for smaller content shoots. 

What studio amenities are provided? 

4 x Polyboards & 2 x stands

Large Rail & 15 hangers

Large Mirror

Small hand steamer

Tea/Coffee/Water

Hair & Makeup area

Changing Room

Is there parking available? 

Paid parking is available opposite Stephen House through the Ringo app or Just Park. Please note the Ringo app only allows bookings for up to 4 hours before top up.

Can we arrive earlier to setup? 

As long as it is within your paid, allocated hire time 

Can we deliver to you ahead of the shoot? 

We cannot accept deliveries before or after your hired hours or keep goods overnight. 

What if we run late during our booking? 

We charge an overtime rate of £75 which is applied by the hour and begins 5 minutes past your agreed finish time. If you think you may run over please contact a member of staff to let them know. 

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? 

You may cancel your booking with a weeks notice for a full refund. Cancellations within a week of your scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your booking will not be refunded. 

You may reschedule up to 48 hours free of charge. Anything less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booking rate.

Are pets allowed? 

Pets are allowed with prior permission . Please note that a £30 cleaning fee will be applied to your booking
