FAQs


How do I book the studio? 

Please email bookings@studiocasso.com to check availability and to make a booking; a member of our team will aim get back to you within 4-8 hours. If you would also like to recce the studio prior to making a booking please get in touch at the same email address.

What are your opening hours? 

We are open 7 days a week, 9am-5pm. We are happy to accommodate hire outside of these hours - please let us know when making your booking enquiry. 

What is included in the hire fee? 

Use of the studio, all vintage furniture and props. Please note we are a daylight studio and do not have lighting equipment.

Do you offer hourly rental? 

Hourly rental is available with a minimum 2 hour booking when booking direct. Third-party platforms may differ.

Where can I find an up to date prop list? 

Please check out our Gallery and Objects pages for up-to-date imagery of our current studio setup including all available props. You can also visit our Studio Casso (@studio_casso) instagram for more visuals and inspiration!

Do you supply lighting or camera equipment? 

We currently do not supply any lighting, camera equipment. If you would like any recommendations of hire companies we are happy to advise during the booking process.

Do you provide a backdrop and backdrop stands? 

A small selection of fabric backdrops are available on request however please note we do not supply Colouramas. 1 x T-bar stand and 1 x back bar are available to use at the studio.  

What studio amenities are provided?

Is there parking available? 

Paid parking is available on Darnley Road as well as the local area via the Ringo app or Just Park. Please note the Ringo app only allows bookings for up to 4 hours max. For longer stay we recommend Just Park.

Can we arrive earlier to setup? 

Access to the studio begins at the time of your hire unless otherwise agreed.

Can we deliver to you ahead of the shoot? 

If you would like props, equipment or samples delivered prior to your booking please email bookings@studiocasso.com. Please note we are not onsite at all times but we will do our best to accommodate.

What if we run late during our booking? 

We charge an overtime rate of £75 which is applied by the hour and begins 10 minutes past your agreed finish time. If you think you may run over please contact a member of our team.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? 

Yes you can cancel or reschedule your booking no problem. Please note clients forfeit 100% of the invoiced studio hire fee if they are a no-show / cancel or reschedule their booking within 48 hours of the expected arrival. Please visit our terms and conditions for more details about our cancellation policy.

Do you provide catering? 

We do not supply catering but can recommend local Hackney spots and specialised catering companies. Please email bookings@studiocasso.com and we will be happy to share recommendations.

Are pets allowed? 

Pets are welcome with prior permission. Please note that a £30 cleaning fee will be applied to your booking
